Which property owners work with BnB HostCare?

We work with BnB owners who want their accommodation managed professionally, without the daily hassle. Whether you are just starting out or have been renting for some time: we tailor our service to your situation and requirements.

In most cases, yes. During a non-binding introduction, we will determine together whether your accommodation and expectations align with our method. We consciously choose quality and a good match on both sides.

We work personally. No standard solutions, but customization based on your accommodation, target audience, and level of involvement. You have a fixed point of contact and always have insight into what is happening.

That is up to you. With Listing Management you remain partially involved, with Full Management we take everything off your hands. In both cases, we keep it clear and transparent.

We combine professional rental knowledge with a calm, meticulous approach. No mass rentals, but attention to quality, clarity, and long-term collaboration. We work across several countries, so it is no problem if your accommodation is located just outside a certain area or if you have multiple properties in different locations.

How are your costs structured?

We work with a percentage per booking: 10% or 20% excluding VAT, depending on the chosen package. There are no fixed costs. This means we only earn when you also have income. Additionally, there are options to expand the package with supplementary services, such as cleaning, linen packages, and bedding. These extra services are coordinated and charged separately.

The difference lies in the degree of support. With Listing Management, we focus on visibility, optimization, and communication. With Full Management, we also take over daily management, emergencies, and practical coordination.

This is always possible in consultation. We will look together at what best fits your situation at that time.

No. We believe in collaborating based on trust and flexibility. The agreements and conditions are clearly coordinated during the introduction and can be found in the terms and conditions.

What happens in case of problems or emergencies?

Within the Full Management package, we provide 24/7 emergency management and complaint handling. With Listing Management, we provide support within the agreed-upon tasks.

We handle communication with guests on your behalf, professionally and personally. From questions before arrival to messages during the stay and the follow-up afterwards.

If you choose Full Management, we also arrange the coordination of cleaning and linen. You do not have to do anything yourself. The costs for cleaning, linen packages, and any extras are charged separately.

Yes. You will receive a personal account with an overview of your calendar, bookings, invoices, and an annual overview of rental results.
